Job Description

  • Domestic Sales Providing consulting service for optimal solutions to customers in relation to import/export international logistics services and warehouse logistics services, and performing activities to manage existing customers and develop new customers. Establishing sales goals and strategies, and performing the tasks such as customer service, logistics cost estimates and proposals, and account receivable management, etc.
  • Overseas Sales Developing and operating overseas customers, conducting marketing and market research, and performing joint sales activities with strategic partners. Analyzing the market and identifying competitor trends, establishing step-by-step strategies, and promoting overseas business according to the network expansion plan. Conducting performance management of overseas corporations and partners, cost and pricing management, and operation system maintenance, overseas settlement.
  • Operation Performing work related to import and export cargo transportation requested by customers. Communicating with overseas partners to find the optimal transportation route and schedule, booking space with airlines and shipping companies, and handling inland transportation, customs clearance, insurance coverage, and packaging. Performing productivity management, service index management, process improvement, and operations based on cost and cost analysis.
  • Logistics (field) Performing logistics tasks occurring throughout the entire process from receipt to delivery of cargo requested by customers. Being in charge of tasks such as the import/export of general cargo, bonded cargo, and 3PL cargo, as well as inventory management, unloading, packaging, delivery, and facility management through WMS. Performing airport terminal work related to international air import and export transportation as well.
  • Planning Supporting for presenting the blueprint for the company's future and strategic decision-making of the Management. Performing the analysis of the company's performance based on management accounting, presenting vision and direction, establishing mid- to long-term plans and the budgets, supporting works for the board of directors and general shareholders' meetings, reviewing business feasibility and investment, and all legal affairs.
  • Human Resources Performing all personnel-related tasks, including establishment of the human resources system, talent recruitment, personnel evaluation, performance management, and labor management, etc. based on global human resource management. In addition to global human resource development activities such as planning and operating talent development systems and creating organizational culture, overseeing global human resources affairs, including operation of welfare benefits systems, etc.
  • Finance Performing accounting, taxation, funds, and settlement tasks. The duties include monthly settlement and financial statement preparation and management, accounting audit and response, design/operation/evaluation, and supporting internal accounting management system, risk management through tax adjustment and international tax response, fund plan establishment and operation, etc.
  • IT Establishing and implementing mid- to long-term IT strategies, and creating and managing digital platforms related to e-Services. Integrating data, processes and solutions, and developing and operating systems for internal operations, customers and partners. Performing new software development, system updates, and technical support.
